Uvod:

 Da bi neko rastao,imao energije,dobro ucio u skoli,potrebno je da se pravilono hrani,da ne jede bilo sta i u bilo koje vreme.

Ishrana:

Dorucak:je vazan obrok,jer je telu,posle duge noci bez jela,potrebna hrana da bi bilo sposobno za prepodnevne aktivnosti.

zdrava hrana:da bi se ceo dan imalo energije i lepo raslo,treba jesti meso,ribu,testenine hleb krompir,mleko,buter.Da  bi svi organi dobro radili,potrebni su im povrce i voce,koji sadrze puno vitamina.

Obrok treba da bude uravnotezen.Potrebno je da sadrzi glavno jelo,koje se sastoji od mesa ili ribe sa povrcem,jogurta ili sira i poslastica.Jesti samo cips,salamu i kolace,i ceo dan piti  samo gazirana pica,veoma je lose po zdravlje!

 Izmedju obroka ne treba uzimati hranu.To nije dobro za zeludac,koji nema vremena da se odmori.Ako neko ne jede dovoljno onda je mrsav.Ako je de previse,postaje debeo.
